While with Gray West Construction, Marc Cooper served as Project Manager for the development of a new freestanding café in Santa Maria, California. This 2,200-square-foot project includes both indoor and outdoor seating areas, along with a dual-lane drive-thru designed to improve site circulation and ease traffic congestion in a busy commercial corridor.
