While with Parkway Construction, Marc Cooper served as Project Manager supporting one of the nation’s most ambitious restaurant expansion initiatives. Between 2022 and 2023, the program delivered over 200 new locations across the United States, significantly strengthening the brand’s presence in both established and emerging markets.
